Paul Parker has been Club Historian of the Colorado Rockies for 25 years. He is also Manager of Community Affairs for the team. He has been a member of SABR since 1995, and is the long-time president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter, based in Denver. Paul has attended every national convention since 1999. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Southern Connecticut State University. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Paul’s first major-league game was Game Three of the 1960 World Series at Yankee Stadium. Paul lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife Ruth, and is the father of three adult children: Michelle, Rebecca, and Marcus.
