Babe Ruth is featured in two of the images that make up the collage on the card: at lower left is a small, vertical full-length image of Ruth swinging a bat in what appears to be a Yankees home jersey or a facsimile thereof; at the upper right, in the primary image on the card, is a photo (from the waist up) of Ruth standing to Gary Cooper's right and looking at a newspaper (or script?) which Cooper is holding. The card is copyrighted 1949 by RKO Radio Pictures; the film was initially released in 1942. Information written on the slide: "Pride of the Yankees Lobby Card".
