Nelson Morales

He grew up in a popular neighborhood of the city playing with his peers, among other things, a street pastime called “Pelota de Goma” and “Chapita,” based on baseball, hence the love they have for this game. As a child he played in an organized neighborhood baseball team, Los Diablitos del Barrio, for children between 13 and 16 years old. All his life he has been involved with baseball and he has participated in his native country in multiple teams and leagues in both baseball and softball. In the local league in Venezuela, he is a fan of the Tiburones de la Guaira. Currently, he works in Venezuela for a company representing North American consortiums in the area of lubricant technology. He is an industrial chemist and industrial engineer.
