Buck O’Neil/North Florida Chapter meeting recap – 6/7/2023
Members and guests of SABR’s Buck O’Neil/North Florida Chapter gathered on June 7, 2023, at Casa Grande Margaritas & Cocina in Tallahassee, Florida, for their monthly meeting. In attendance were:

Attendees were greeted with the news that the restaurant had no record of us reserving the conference room for the evening and that the space was currently in use by another group. We moved to a large table in the main dining area but communication was limited by the crowd noise; nor was there any audio visual equipment for our use. We consumed food and drink, largely engaging in conversations with those sitting near us. Toward the end of the evening President Keelean did call us to order to welcome guests, encourage attendance at SABR 51, participate in the Chapter’s baseball card project, describe the current standings in the MLB prediction contest (Fred sits atop the leaderboard), and remind us that there will be no Chapter meeting in July 2023.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8 PM.
