SABR's Elysian Fields Chapter of Northern New Jersey will host its next meetong from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center in Little Falls, New jersey.
This will be a great follow-up to our SABR Day event in January. We’ll have Dr. Robert Johnson, the Dean of Rutgers University Medical School, to talk about the opioids crisis, particularly as it relates to sports. Also, there will be a presentation about the 19th-century Elizabeth Resolutes team and an opportunity to use the museum’s PITCH-interactive technology for baseball. All attendees are welcome to participate.
The cost will be the price of admission to the museum: $10. Feel free to come before the event or stay after to learn about Yogi Berra’s impact on baseball both on and off the field.
The museum is located at 8 Yogi Berra Drive in Little Falls, New Jersey.
