Mearns: The 2019 all out-of-position team

When I was about six years old, my mom thought that I should get involved with more sports. That’s how I found myself signed up for youth wrestling shortly thereafter, where I was so intent on just waving to her from the ring that I had no idea that my competitor had no intention of observing such niceties.
I was thrown to the mat in an instant. Thus ended my no-doubt promising WWE career.
I am not convinced that this story actually happened because I have no memory of it whatsoever. For all I know, it might have been told to me in a dream. Whether it was real or not, I was clearly out of my depth and had no business appearing in the ring.
Anyway, welcome to the 2019 edition of the All Out-of-Position Team, where, thankfully, only a handful of players were spiritually piledriven into the diamond.
