Membership Spotlight for 01/28/2005

The Boston Chapter of SABR had their winter regional on January 15 at BU’s College of Science and Art.  Seventy attendees enjoyed a great lineup that included Leigh Montville (“Why Not Us?”) Dick Johnson (“Dodgers: 120 Years of Dodger Baseball”), Dr. Andy Andres (“Steroids in Baseball”) and Tim Grassey (“Defensive Statistics in Baseball”). Joe Benedetti was the trivia winner and chapter chair Seamus Kearney emceed the event.  Their next meeting is scheduled for March 26, for more details contact David C.
