- Lee Lowenfish: SABR member and author of four books about baseball. His latest is the award-winning Branch Rickey: Baseball’s Ferocious Gentleman, the 2008 SABR Seymour Medal winner.
- Matt Silverman: SABR member and author of The Miracle Has Landed: The Amazin‘ Story of How the 1969 Mets Shocked the World; Mets by the Numbers: A Complete Team History of the Amazin‘ Mets by Uniform Number; and 100 Things Mets Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die.
- Tony Morante: One of Yankee Stadium’s longest-serving employees, Tony Morante began working at Yankee Stadium in 1958 when he was 14. Like his father before him, Morante started as an usher, but then found work as a member of “the suicide squad,” a group of men hired to help protect baseball legend Mickey Mantle from his adoring fans. Now, as the stadium’s unofficial historian, Morante gives guided tours of Yankee Stadium and Monument Park.

Jackie Robinson, his impactful legacy and “42”

- Joseph Dorinson: Professor of History at Long Island University and co-editor of Jackie Robinson: Race, Sports and the American Dream (1999). Dorinson was instrumental in organizing the unforgettable Jackie Robinson Conference at Long Island University in 1997, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of breaking the color barrier in MLB. Dorinson has appeared on CNN, Fox News, New York One, and been heard on NPR and WOR.
