A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Jim Delsing. The back of card number 279 in the set reads, "Jim Delsing Outfield - St. Louis Browns Born: Rudolph, Wis., Nov. 13, 1925 Height: 5-10 1/2 Weight: 175 Bats: Left Throws: Right After knocking off a .400 average in 12 games for the Yankees in 1950, Jim was traded to the Browns. He took part in 69 games for St. Louis, hitting .263. In 1949 he hit .317 for the Yankees' Kansas City farm team, and .350 in 9 games for the parent club. Begann as a shortstop and switched to the outfield next season. Voted the best outfielder in the American Association. No. 279 in the 1951 series Baseball Picture Cards Reprint 1986 C.C.C."
