Description
A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Smoky Burgess. The front of card number 317 in the set shows a painting of Burgess from the thighs up, posing in a batting position. His upper body twists to his right as he swings the baseball bat visible over his right shoulder and looks upward over his left shoulder. He wears a Chicago Cubs road uniform. A black box on the bottom third of the card reads, "Forrest Burgess". The background shows clouds in the blue sky, treetops, and the roof of an unknown building.
