Description
A color slide of artwork based on a black-and-white photograph of San Francisco Giants outfielder Willie Mays in uniform at Spring Training in 1961. The original black and white image had a different background showing light standards and a palm tree. Mays is facing forward in a posed position. He is visible from the waist up. His cap bears the NY logo and the word "Giants" across the front of his jersey, but the original black and white image shows the SF logo on his cap.
