Musial is wearing a St. Louis Cardinals home uniform and is in a full-body batting stance, with a baseball bat held with both hands over his left shoulder. The photograph of Musial is superimposed over a photograph of the interior of Sportsman's Park III, with the majority of the first base and home plate grandstands visible and filled with spectators. There is a facsimile Stan Musial autograph in white on the photograph.
