A 1991 1922 American Caramel (E120) reprint baseball card of Grover Alexander. The card shows a green-tinted full-length photograph of Alexander posing in a pitching position inside an oval frame. He is standing in front of the dugout with his arms over his head and a baseball in his right hand. He wears a Philadelphia Phillies uniform. Drawn decorations around the oval frame include at the bottom two baseballs, a baseball glove, a catcher's glove, and two baseball bats that cross from top to bottom in the background.
