A 1991 1922 American Caramel (E120) reprint baseball card of Phil Douglas. The card shows a green-tinted full-length photograph of Douglas posing in a pitching position inside an oval frame. He stands on his left leg with his right leg kicking forward. His body faces the camera as he looks over his right shoulder toward where he may have thrown a baseball. He wears a New York Giants road uniform. The blurry background shows an outfield scoreboard in the distance. Decorations drawn around the oval frame include streamers across the top, a megaphone in the bottom left corner, and a tilted base in the bottom right corner.
