A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Del Crandall. The back of card number 20 in the set reads, "Del Crandell Catcher - Boston Braves Born: Ontario, Calif., Mar. 5, 1930 Height: 6-1 1/2 Weight: 185 Bats: Right Throws: Right Del marked in 1950 his first full season on the roster of a major league club. The powerful young backstopper (now with the armed forces) gave evidence of becoming one of the top catchers of the NL. He appeared in 79 games. Drove in 37 runs on a total of 56 hits. The Braves brought Del up to the majors in midseason, 1949. He had started the campaign with Evansville, Three-I league. No. 20 in the 1951 series Baseball Picture Cards Reprint 1986 C.C.C."
