The back of card number 266 in the set reads, "Fritz Dorish Pitcher - Chicago White Sox Born: Swoyerville, Pa., July 13, 1923 Height: 5-11 Weight: 206 Bats: Right Throws: Right With Chisox, first time, 1951. Playing for the St. Louis Browns last season, Harry had a 4 and 9 record in 29 games. In organized ball since 1941. In the service, 1943-45. Returned to baseball with Louisville, American Association in 1946, and had an 11-4 record. With Red Sox, 1947. Divided 1948 between Bosox and Birmingham.
