Description
A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Al Gettel. The front of card number 304 in the set shows a painting of Gettel from the thighs up, posing in a pitching position. His right side is visible as he leans forward with his pitching arm (right) hanging down. The second number, a 4, of a two-digit number is visible on the back of his New York Giants home uniform, and a red Giants insignia is on the front of his black cap. He wears a blue, long-sleeve jersey under his uniform. A black box in the upper left of the card reads, "Allen Gettel". The lower background on the right side of the card shows an orange fence behind which appear the triangular tops of 2 green unknown structures topped by blue roofs and surrounded by trees.
