Call for nominations: 2026 SABR Board of Directors election
MARCH 10, 2026 — The SABR Nominating Committee is now seeking nominations for candidates for the 2026 Board of Directors elections. To be eligible for the Board of Directors, candidates must have been members of the Society for at least the preceding four years. Any candidate for an officer position must have at least one year of prior service on the Board during the preceding five-year period.
The deadline for nominations is March 24, 2026. The offices to be filled are:
- Vice President (2-year term)
- Treasurer (3-year term)
- Director (3-year term)
- Director (3-year term)
Nominees must prepare a Candidate Statement Form following guidelines that will be available from any Nominating Committee member and must be received by the Nominating Committee chair no later than Monday, April 13. The voting period will take place between April 22 and May 6, 2026.
