Mark Epstein
/in /by wpadminMark “Pathfinder” Epstein grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he fostered a love of sports throughout his life. He was inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013. Upon his retirement from education and coaching in 2015, Epstein was presented with the MLK Award for the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Since his retirement, Epstein has become an overnight sensation as he has authored and published three award-winning books: They Call Me Pathfinder, Jack “The Shot” Foley – A Legend for All Time, which was selected as the “national basketball story of the year” in 2023 by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and his most recent one, Cape Dreams – A Season with the Brewster Whitecaps.
