Brown: 19th-century baseball uniform database updates

I recently received a visual from a researcher who has dug thru The Sporting Life archives and has found a drawing of 1885 Atlanta. The players in the drawing (which was most likely based on a photo) tied their lace ties in a diamond pattern. A small detail—but kind of cool. Usually the laces were tied to form an “X” pattern or a “V” pattern. I have not seen this diamond pattern anywhere from the period—have you?
