Stark: Everybody’s out to get 30-something baseball players these days

He’s the same age as Nicki Minaj. He’s younger than Macauley “Home Alone” Culkin. So Ian Kinsler never got the memo – the one informing him he’s now an (ahem) “old guy.” He thought he was still a young guy.
Little did he know.
“Does anyone outside of baseball treat you like an old guy?” the Padres’ still-spritely 36-year-old second baseman was asked this spring.
“Yeah,” he replied. “Alexa.”
Uh, hold on. Seriously? Alexa?
“Seriously,” Kinsler swore. “My kids asked Alexa how old I am. She said, ‘Ian Kinsler is 36 years old. He’s 10 years older than the average Padres player.’ I swear to God. They got a kick out of that.”
