Judith Testa

Judith Testa grew up on Long Island, within driving distance of the Brooklyn Dodgers, New York Giants, and New York Yankees. She was a bred in the bone Dodger fan who harbored a secret fascination with Brooklyn?s archenemy: Sal Maglie. When the Dodgers left Brooklyn she swore off baseball and later became an art historian. After retiring from a career as a scholar and university professor, she rediscovered her passion for baseball, began writing reviews of baseball books, and recently completed a biography of her childhood hero, entitled Sal Maglie. Baseball’s Demon Barber
