Woody Eckard

He has published over 50 articles in refereed academic journals on a variety of topics. A major focus has been sports economics with eight articles on college sports and five on Major League Baseball, including three on nineteenth century baseball. He is an empty nester living in Evergreen, Colorado, with his wife Jacky and two dogs. He is a Rockies fan, both the baseball team and the mountains, and a SABR member for over 20 years.
