Quebec Chapter meeting recap – 1/21/2012
The SABR-Quebec Chapter held its SABR Day meeting early, on January 21, 2012, due to the schedule availability of our guest speakers.
Authors Jacques Doucet, who broadcast the Expos on radio in French for 33 years, and Marc Robitaille came to speak. They are both SABR members and have just come out with volume 2 of their great history of the Expos (in French). They signed books for our members and spoke about the Expos.
There were 10 of us attending, which in Quebec, in winter, is a good turnout.
