Jimmy Sebring-George Stovey Williamsport Chapter (North-Central Pennsylvania)
The Jimmy Sebring-George Stovey Williamsport Chapter serves SABR members in north-central Pennsylvania.
The chapter is named after the popular Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder who hit the first home run in modern World Series play in 1903 and tragically died young at the age of 27 and the best African American pitcher of the 19th century. Williamsport is also the home of the Little League World Series at Howard J. Lamade Stadium.
