SABR Day, held annually on the Saturday a week before the Super Bowl, is a chance for all baseball fans to come together on the same day regardless of where they live. During spring training in Phoenix, Arizona, we'll bring the top minds of the baseball analytic community under one roof to discuss, debate and share learnings of insightful ways to analyze and examine the great game of baseball. The schedule will consist of guest speakers, panels and research presentations — plus the Diamond Dollars Case Competition, in which graduate students will analyze and present a real baseball operations decision. Hosted by SABR's Nineteenth Century Research Committee in Cooperstown, New York, join us for two days at the National Baseball Hall of Fame covering a wide range of 19th-century baseball topics. The conference is open to all SABR members and limited non-member guests. The conference includes a private dinner at the splendorous Otesaga Hotel, along with research presentations, panel discussions, spotlight interviews and book signings at the Hall of Fame. The SABR national convention is an annual gathering of writers, researchers, fans, players, executives, scouts and many others throughout the baseball community. Attendance is open to all, regardless of SABR membership. The convention includes five days of activities and excursions, including dozens of research presentations, panel discussions and group trips to major league and minor league ballgames. Hosted by SABR's Negro Leagues Committee, the Malloy Conference is the only symposium dedicated exclusively to the examination and promotion of black baseball history. The annual Malloy Conference promotes activities to enhance scholarly, educational and literary objectives. The conference is open to baseball and history fans of all ages. Our annual Arizona Fall League Experience is is focused on women in baseball, co-hosted by the International Women's Baseball Center, and held in conjunction with the Arizona Fall League, baseball's premier player development league. In past years, attendees have been treated to sneak peeks at MLB stars like Mike Trout, Bryce Harper, Buster Posey, Stephen Strasburg, Nolan Arenado, Gerrit Cole, Gary Sanchez, Peter Alonso, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., and Ronald Acuña Jr. before they hit the big leagues.
