2010 Yoseloff Research Grants Awarded
SABR is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2010 Yoseloff-SABR Baseball Research Grants. They are (in alphabetical order): Jeff Barto Huntersville, NC); Rich Bowering (Cleveland, OH); John Burbridge (Mebane, NC); Ross Davies (Washington, DC); William Johnson (Chesapeake, VA); Jeff Laing (Santa Fe, NM); Todd Peterson (Kansas City, MO); Jennifer Ring (Reno, NV); Bill Staples (Chandler, AZ); and Alex Tepperman (Toronto, ON). These awards are designed to assist SABR members in conducting baseball research and having that research published by SABR. Any aspect of the history of baseball is acceptable for funding from this grant program.
Jeff Barto of Huntersville, NC, will use his grant to index all 18.5 hours of Ken Burns
