2021 SABR Virtual Analytics: MLB Statcast Player Pose Tracking and Visualization Panel
SABR is excited to announce the MLB Statcast Player Pose Tracking and Visualization panel on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at the SABR Virtual Analytics Conference.
The MLB Statcast panel is expected to include:
- Graham Goldbeck, Data Quality Analyst at Major League Baseball
- Sid Sethupathi, Software Engineer at Major League Baseball
- Marc Squire, Senior Product Manager at Major League Baseball
In addition, MLB Baseball Scientist Clay Nunnally and Dr. Paul Hawkins of Hawk-Eye Innovations will give a presentation on Pitch Tracking Methods in the Statcast system on Saturday, March 13.
