This banquet also included the presentation of the first ever John Zajc award for meritorious service to the Rocky Mountain chapter.  Named after the current SABR executive director, this award was given to Wayne Stivers for his diligent effort in securing the guest speaker and for his selfless work in putting together the silent auction for the event.
