Marisa Elliot joins SABR as Manager of Chapter/Partner Relations
SABR is pleased to welcome Marisa Elliot as our new Manager of Chapter/Partner Relations. She will serve as a liaison between the SABR national office and our regional chapters, working closely with chapter leaders. She will also serve as the liaison to SABR’s business partners, helping to make them aware of and promote SABR’s groundbreaking research.
Marisa graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in December 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Business/Sports and Media Studies. She was the Vice-President of Partnerships for the Sports Business Association at ASU and was the Community Relations Assistant for Sun Devil Athletics. She also worked on the Super Bowl XLIX Economic Impact Study for the Arizona Host Committee. In 2015, she served as a Junior Giants Ambassador for the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department league, implementing an eight-week program created by the Giants Community Fund. She has also worked for the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals and had an internship with the Oakland Athletics.
