SABR welcomes new chapter in Long Island, New York
SABR’s Board of Directors has approved the formation of a new regional chapter.
The Long Island Ralph Kiner Chapter serves members in the Long Island area of New York; the chapter leader is Mark Rosenman.
Scott Kiner, son of the late Hall of Fame slugger and beloved New York Mets broadcaster, approved the chapter’s request to honor his father and has expressed interest in supporting the chapter.
SABR’s 84 regional chapters cover 40 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C.; plus international chapters in Canada (Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia), Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Latin America (Venezuela, Dominican Republic), the United Kingdom, Europe (Netherlands), and Italy.
