SABR welcomes new Sweet Lou Johnson Chapter in Lexington, Kentucky

SABR’s Board of Directors has approved the formation of a new chapter.

The Sweet Lou Johnson Lexington Chapter serves members in Lexington, Kentucky; the chapter leader is Lucinda Baker. The chapter is named after the popular Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder who was born in Lexington and helped lead the Dodgers to two National League pennants in the 1960s.

SABR’s 74 regional chapters cover 37 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C.; plus international chapters in Canada (Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia), Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Latin America (Venezuela, Dominican Republic), the United Kingdom, Europe (Netherlands), and Italy.
