Watch “Padres Memorable Moments: A Radio Re-Creation”
On August 9, 2013, SABR’s Ted Williams Chapter hosted a special radio re-creation of great San Diego Padres moments at the Scripps Ranch Library Auditorium, sponsored by The Aramco Group.
Emceed and “re-broadcast” by SABR member Bob Chandler, the Padres’ longtime radio announcer, the program consists of nine re-created innings of great Padres moments, including special guest interviews with Tony Gwynn, Jerry Coleman, Randy Jones, Roger Craig and more Padres legends.
