He is holding an upside-down top hat in his right hand. Text on the right side of the image reads, "Baseball's Immortal Madcaps Editors Syndicate Citizens Building Cleveland 14 Ohio" The cartoon ran in newspapers in 1962 as part of a series called Baseball's Immortal Madcaps by Harry Jones.
