A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Hank Arft. The back of card number 173 in the set reads, "Hank Arft First Base - St. Louis Browns Born: Manchester, Mo., Jan. 28, 1922 Height: 5-10 1/2 ft. Weight: 190 Bats: Left Throws: Left Hank, of "Bow Wow," as he is sometimes called was in 98 games in 1950. Batted .268, and drove in 32 runs. Began in 1940 with Paragould. Spent next 2 seasons with St. Joseph and Springfield. Out of baseball in 1943 and 1944. In the service, 1945. Back to diamond in 1946. Hit majors with the Browns during the 1948 campaign.
