A 1978 1948 Bowman reprint baseball card of Tommy Henrich. The back of card number 19 in the set reads, "19 - Tommy Henrich (The Clutch) Outfielder - New York Yankees Born : Massillon, Ohio 1916 Bats : Left Throws : Left Height : 6 : 00 Weight : 170 Started his career in baseball in 1934. Reached Newark in 1937 to play 7 games and to then join the Yankees where he has been ever since, except his service in the Coast Gaurd. He has batted as high as .320. Last season he averaged .287 and led the league in triples (13). He has played in three World Series. He's quite a piano player and sings pretty well, too.
