Won 10, lost 7. Had an earned run average of 3.66. Divided 1941 and 1942 between Cleveland and the minors. With Baltimore in 1943. Pitched an 18-inning scoreless tie against Rochester. The game was called by rain. Led International League, 1943, in strikeouts with 188 in 261 innings. Steve has been with Cleveland since end of that year.
