A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Bob Dillinger. The back of card number 63 in the set reads, "Bob Dillinger Third Base - Pittsburgh Pirates Born: Glendale, Calif., Sept. 17, 1918 Height: 5-11 1/2 Weight: 167 Bats: Right Throws: Right Divided 1950 between Philadelphia Athletics and Pittsburgh Pirates. Batted .310 in 84 games for the A's. Batted .288 in 58 games for Pirates. Broke into pro ball in 1939. Reached the majors with the St. Louis Browns in 1946 after 3 years in the service. Had most hits in the League in 1948 (207). Batted .321 in 1948, and .324 in 1949. Traded to Philadelphia at the end of the 1949 season.
