A 1986 Card Collectors 1951 Bowman Reprint baseball card of Billy DeMars. The back of card number 43 in the set reads, "Billy Demars Infield - St. Louis Browns Born: Brooklyn, N.Y., Aug. 26, 1925 Height: 5-10 Weight: 172 Bats: Right Throws: Right In 61 games for the Browns in 1950. Hit .247, driving in 13 runs on 44 base blows. Billy was the property of the Philadelphia Athletics when they sent him to the Buffalo Bisons for the 1949 season. He was rated the International League's top shortstop. Hit .278 in 109 games. Had six homers among his 195 base hits. Drove in 56 runs, Traded to Browns by the A's for the 1950 campaign.
