Description
A color slide of a baseball card from the 1959 Fleer Ted Williams set. Card number 18 in the set shows Williams shaking hands with Joe DiMaggio as he steps on home plate after hitting a game-ending home run during the 1941 All-star game at Briggs Stadium. He is wearing a Boston Red Sox home uniform. Only DiMaggio's right hand is visible. The caption on the bottom of the baseball card reads, "1941 - All-Star Hero."
