Babe Ruth Fro-Joy Card

Description

A slide of a color fake Fro-Joy baseball card of Babe Ruth in action. Ruth wears a New York Yankees home uniform and hat, and he is shown fielding a baseball. Ruth is bent at the waist, and he catches the ball near the ground with his glove on his right hand. His left hand is close to the ball and ready to cover it in his glove. He looks forward and to the left, and he appears in front of a yellow background. The card has a larger white border with writing underneath the picture of Ruth. The first line is in larger type and says "Ruth is a Crack Fielder." Underneath in italics it reads, "The Big Leagues cannot boast a surer fielder than the Home Run King. The photograph shows him scooping up a liner preparatory to a double play that retired the opposing team and put the game on ice for the World's Champions."
