The Society for American Baseball Research seeks to foster the study of baseball past and present. One of the ways we do that is by providing people with the tools to do their research more effectively. The How to Do Baseball Research pages are a part of this mission. It is based on the expertise of experienced SABR researchers.
However, researchers constantly find new resources, especially as more material is made available electronically. Thus, How to Do Baseball Research draws on many of the principles of a wiki. We expect it to be updated constantly and perpetually. If you see the need for a correction or have any other suggestion to improve an entry, please e-mail SABR staffer Jacob Pomrenke. The more specific you can make your contribution, including necessary language and links, the better it will make the project.
