Alexander Edelman
/in /by Jason BestAlex Edelman is a recent graduate of Maimonides School, in Brookline, MA, where he lives–just blocks from Fenway Park. Besides his baseball and music writing, Alex is also a established stand-up comedian, and tours all over the country. In 2005, Alex’s Essay, “Paradise Found”, about the 2004 Playoffs, was honored with a Will McDonough Sportswriting Award from the New England Sports Museum. In 2006, Alex was selected to the Middlebury College’s New England Young Writers Conference in Middlebury, VT, where he was taught by one of his favorite writers, Alexander Wolff from Sports Illustrated.
