Bob Whelan

Bob Whelan is a retired professor of public administration and city planning. Most recently, he taught at the University of Texas-Dallas. He is co-author of Urban Policy and Politics In A Bureaucratic Age, and author and co-author of numerous academic articles, book chapters, and papers. Bob is a lifelong fan of the San Francisco Giants. Willie Mays is his hero. He has authored or co-authored several articles and book chapters related to baseball topics.
