Armand Peterson
/in /by adminArmand Peterson is a retired engineer living in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and has been a SABR member since 2003. He has been hooked on baseball since he saw some older cousins play a town team game on a hardscrabble field in eastern South Dakota when he was nine years old. He has co-authored a book, Town Ball: The Glory Days of Minnesota Amateur Baseball, and in 2023, he wrote a commemorative booklet, The Early Years: Celebrating Minnesota Town Ball, 1857–1973, for the 100th anniversary of the Minnesota State Amateur Baseball Tournament.
