Steven C. Weiner
/in /by adminSteven C. Weiner, a SABR member since 2015, is a retired chemical engineer and a lifelong baseball fan starting with the Brooklyn Dodgers of the 1950s. During his undergraduate years at Rutgers University, Steven worked in the sports information office and broadcast baseball and basketball play-by-play on WRSU radio. Steven obtained his doctoral degree in engineering and applied science from Yale University and has been a contributor to the technical literature on hydrogen and fuel cell safety. Steven served as assignments editor for the SABR Games Project with essay contributions in SABR books, the Baseball Research Journal, and Jackie Robinson 75: Baseball’s Re-Integration. He currently volunteers in local middle school, high school, and college classrooms.
