Gary Belleville
Gary Belleville is a retired Information Technology professional living in Victoria, British Columbia. He grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) degree. Gary has written a variety of articles for the Baseball Research Journal, Games Project, and Baseball BioProject. He has also contributed to several SABR books, including Our Game, Too: Influential Figures and Milestones in Canadian Baseball. Gary was the 2024 winner of the McFarland-SABR Baseball Research Award for his article “The Trailblazing Canadian Trio That Powered the Rockford Peaches Dynasty of 1948-50,” which was published in the Journal of Canadian Baseball.
