By-Laws changes proposed for special election beginning on February 15
The SABR Board of Directors recommends adoption of three proposed changes to the By-Laws in a special election that will begin on Wednesday, February 15.
The changes are intended to increase member participation in SABR governance, add new voices to Board discussion, allow for more turnover in Board membership, and provide safeguards to ensure that the four Officers have some prior Board experience.
An online voting ballot will be sent out from tellers@sabr.org to all eligible SABR voters on February 15, 2023. The voting period will remain open until March 1, 2023.
